The Rogues of the Circling Vulture are an assembly of rogues who have banded together to survive the trials of the harsh desert. Like the Tribe of Endless Sand, they have sharp eyesight, are virtually immune to temperature change, and need only an iota of water. They are willing to eat anything to survive, and will even attack stray cats near their territory. Most felines avoid their area, leaving the rogues to devour their reptillian prey. Their colors stretch from extremely light grey to a light yellow, the hue of sand.
